Buyer FAQ
1. How to search suppliers/products?
General Search:
• Use the Search Box at any page of buy-world.com: type any keywords of your required item or supplier, then press”search” to find.
• Use the Category at the left side of the main page: find the corresponding category for your required item.
Advance Search:
• Contact buy-world Customer Service: we offer 24 hours online customer service for you to help finding the item or supplier on buy-world.com.
• Search By Industrial Cluster: if you need some specific item, then try to use this option to find industrial cluster for meeting more specialized supplier.
2. How to purchase?
Purchase Flow:
• Buyer searches for products and places an order at buy-world.com: search for and evaluate an item, communicate with Seller, and then add to cart.
• Buyer makes payment, which buy-world will hold until Buyer authorizes its release to Seller.
• Seller delivers package. When the payment is confirmed, Buyer will get tracking information.
• Buyer receives package and checks quality and quantity of item(s).
• Buyer completes order and gives feedback and product review; payment is released to Seller.
3. How to communicate?
Contact with Supplier:
• If you want to know more detail about the product or your orders, you can press “contact supplier” to send inmail with your sellers directly.
Contact with Other Buyer:
• buy-world offer a paid membership of Buyer Club for oversea purchaser to share business experience, and gather to meet potential opportunity to cooperate with each other.
• buy-world provide a free comment section for purchaser to voice theire opinions on any activitives/projects of buy-world. In this way, it helps to provide some constructive suggestion for other supplier.
